Terms of Design

Payment

Please understand that there are no refunds for your templates as I have my put my hard work and time into each design.  Bright Wishes Designs accepts credit cards, debit cards, and e-check payments through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase a template.

Authorization

All clients agree to provide Bright Wishes Designs with a blog account for the purpose of installing a template.

Revisions/Proofing

The client will receive 2 maximum revisions with a $10 charge for each revision after that. 

Copyright

Bright Wishes Designs retains all copyright privileges on all designs unless otherwise specified.  Clients may not alter, change, sell, share, move, or copy any part of the design elements. The Bright Wishes Design credit must stay on the template and visible.  Any other content the client chooses to publish on their blog is their responsibility.

Image Hosting

I require all clients to have a Photobucket account to host the images used on their templates and to provide me with their login information.

File Saving

Unless the client has specifically requested I do so, I will not save your header or any other graphics from your custom template on my computer or a copy of your HTML.

Template Usage

The template you purchase is single use only meaning you may not apply it to other blogs. You may not resell or distribute any of the templates.

Communication

All communication is done via e-mail.  The design process relies heavily on communication and requires the client to respond to their e-mails in a timely manner.  If the client fails to respond within 3 days, the project will be put on hold until regular communication is possible.

Promotional Use

Bright Wishes Designs reserves the right to use project details for promotional material, portfolio and client testimonials.
